The management interface includes a system for flexibly querying your user list based on your own criteria, and viewing complete information about any accounts you are interested in. Having found the required account, you can then "proxy login" to that account to get complete access to all of that account's features and data.

Through an easy-to-use web based interface you can also lock and unlock accounts, change quotas, add and delete accounts, and so forth.

If required, we can also provide your customers with access to our automated support system. This system answers their emails and attempts to help them resolve their questions. If they can not resolve there question in this way, the system directs their enquiry to the most appropriate person based on preferences that you can define.
